M54 to A5 stay on A5 until you come to a roundabout with a turning for Chirk (displays weight limit sign). Take 1st exit towards Chirk. After a while you will round a bend to the left, turn Left opposite a church. This will bring you to a mini roundabout go striaght over (the other exit leads to a new housing estate). Follow signs for Pontfadoc B4500. Once through Pontfadoc, do not follow sat nav as the lane it will take you on is narrow; instead continue until you cross a bridge over a small river, then turn Left. The Memorial hall is 500 yards on your Left.

Directions: (From S Exit M3 onto Ramp (M3 J4) and proceed for 0.28 miles. At the rdabout, take the 2nd exit onto A331 for 0.34 miles. At the rdabout, take the 1st exit onto A331) (From N Exit J4. At Rdbout take 2nd exit onto A331) for 6.44 miles. At the rdabout, take the 1st exit onto A331 for 0.27 miles. Cont. onto Hogs Back  for 4.11 miles. Cont. onto A31 for 2.7 miles.
At the rdabout, take the 2nd exit onto Farnham Road for 0.1 miles. Turn left onto A322 for 0.19 miles.
Bear left onto Millbrook for 0.33 miles. Cont. onto A281 for 0.02 miles. Bear right onto Shalford Road for 0.71 miles. Cont. onto A281 for 0.62 miles. At the rdabout, take the first exit onto Kings Road for 0.92 miles. Turn left onto New Road for 0.31 miles. Cont. onto A248 for 0.09 miles. Arrive at your destination

Directions: - from the M4 Motorway (London, The South)
Lambourn is only a few miles away from junction 14 of the M4 motorway.
Leave the motorway at Junction 14.
Head NORTH along the A338 towards Wantage for 1/2 mile
Turn left onto the B4000 and proceed past the Pheasant Public House on your right
Continue for 0.7 miles
At the Hare and Hounds Public House turn Right (Signposted Lambourn)
Descend down the hill past Kingwood Stud on your left into the village of Lambourn

from the A34 (Oxford, The East Midlands)
Leave the A34 at the junction marked DIDCOT / WANTAGE
At the roundabout take the 4th exit market Wantage
Proceed for 3 miles until you reach a roundabout (petrol station on your left)
Take the 3rd exit marked WANTAGE (A417)
Proceed to Wantage (6 miles)
Proceed straight over the first set of mini roundabouts at the entrance of Wantage
At the next set of mini roundabouts take the first exit on your left (Ormond Road)
Past the fire station on your Right
Straight across the crossroads (Traffic lights)
Continue out of Wantage, past Challow on your right
At a sunken crossroads turn left (marked Lambourn)
After 0.5 miles the road bends sharp right, proceed up the hill and continue.
After a further 4 miles you will arrive in Lambourn

We plan on decorating our table with a “landscape” of river, hills and of course shanty towns. So if you are in the slightest bit artistic we would be glad of help.

We are entering the group competition at the national this year, prove we exist! Some of our members have agreed to do some of the items- A big thank you to them. I am looking for volunteers to make the rest. You do not have to attend the rally, just get the bits to me in plenty of time.

The eight items to be displayed on an "AREA" of 2ft x 2ft x 2ft (Open 2ft cube). 2ft is the base area and you may use it any way round to suit your display. Back walls or sides at your discretion, but you must not exceed 2ft high, wide or deep. It will be measured by the judges. Points will be lost for oversized displays. Items must not have been used in any previous Homecraft Competition. If you are good at window dressing, all this stuff will need to be elegantly displayed to catch the judges attention.
If you would like to submit a solo entry, please let me know. We get points for each entry, and more points for coming 1st, 2nd or 3rd. The group with the most points wins a trophy for the year. This includes the driving competition, dog show, quiz etc.
